PLOT

1937. Meeting of the district committee. The newly appointed chairman replaces the first secretary, who was recently imprisoned. At the meeting, he begins to applaud in honor of Comrade Stalin. He is immediately supported by the presidium and people in the hall. But the stormy applause cannot stop - everyone is exhausted, but everyone is afraid, and it seems that only a miracle can stop this madness.
